This page illustrates some of the changes to the Arkansas Taxpayer Access Point (ATAP) and briefly describes some of the new ATAP enhancements.

ATAP’s New Home Page

Sign-Up Page New Options

• Third-Party Logins no longer need to register as a customer. A login can be created with client’s account information.
• Bulk Uploader Logins can create a login strictly for the purpose of bulk uploads with no associated accounts.

More options for Two Step Verification

• File A Return Reporting No Activity Quickly for Current Tax Period

• May Create a Favorites List

File a return and make a payment in the same request

• All payments and returns will start processing at noon on a business day instead of 5:00pm

Penalty and Interest will be Forecasted when Filing and/or Paying an Overdue Return
