Starbucks offers eligible partners the opportunity to get part of your tuition, books and fees reimbursed as you pursue your education and advance your professional development. Partners can qualify for a maximum reimbursement of $1,000 per calendar year.
Starbucks offers partners the choice of multiple coverage levels for medical, dental and vision plans, as well as mental health support through LifeWorks. We offer $5,000 in mental health coverage and additional supports and services such as Headspace subscriptions to all eligible partners.
